How many posts before I see real traffic?
Q: I've published 12 posts and nothing's happening. Is that normal?
A: Short answer: yes, totally normal — keep going. Longer answer, the realistic curve:
— Posts 1-15: mostly silence. Google's still sandboxing/assessing a new site.
— Posts 15-30: your first long-tail keywords start ranking, often page 2-3. Trickle begins.
— Around month 4-8 (not post-count) is when most sites see the curve bend up.
My checklist while you wait:
— Are you targeting low-competition long-tail terms? (Not "best laptop.")
— Is each post genuinely better than what ranks now?
— Are you internally linking new posts to old?
— Is the site indexed? (Check Search Console coverage.)
Twelve isn't a verdict. Thirty starts telling the story.
Anyone want me to go deeper on this? React 👍
