Don't panic-change everything. Work the list top down:
— Check the DATE range — weekend/holiday drops are normal, ignore
— Compare RPM by country — one geo crashing = advertiser pullback, not you
— Check Search Console for a traffic shift to lower-value pages
— Look for a 'limited' or 'policy' notice in AdSense (silent ones happen)
— Only then touch placements
9 times out of 10 it's mix shift, not your units. I've wasted days flipping units for nothing.
