The cut-to-the-bone pass:

— Delete the first sentence. It's almost always a warm-up you don't need.
— Every "that," "just," "really," "very" — try removing it. Keep only the ones that hurt to lose.
— One idea per caption. The second idea is your next post.
— If a line doesn't earn the scroll to the next, cut it.

Length isn't the enemy. Limp lines are.
