A friendly AM means nothing. The interrogation, in order: 1) "What's your average payout delay last quarter, in days?" 2) "Which of your top offers got pulled this month and why?" 3) "Show me a cap that's still open right now." 4) "What's your dispute resolution window in writing?" 5) "Who do I escalate to when you're on vacation?" Vague answers on three or more? You're talking to a salesperson, not a partner.
