The access-token rotation drill nobody runs
Spotted: teams losing posting access because a platform expired their long-lived token and nothing reconnected. Quarterly drill:

List every connected account across your scheduler, inbox, and analytics.

Check token age — most platforms now cap at 60-90 days.
—
Reauthorize anything past 45 days proactively, not on failure.
—
Rotate the admin who owns the connection BEFORE they leave the company.
A dead token at 6am on launch day is the most preventable outage you'll have. Watching this.
