— Can they actually say yes, or will they forward you to someone who can't be found?
— Is there a reason to act now, or are you the 40th identical pitch this quarter?
— Would a reply cost them effort you haven't reduced?
— Have you been in their inbox in the last 90 days under any name?

Disqualify ruthlessly. It's not a numbers game, it's a fit game you keep playing on volume.
