How I build a hook swipe file in 10 min
Ran out of hook ideas, so I stole a system from a buddy:
— Pick 3 creators bigger than you in your niche
— Open their grid, sort by views, screenshot the top 6 reels' first text line
— Strip the topic, keep the SKELETON: 'I tried X for 30 days', 'Nobody tells you that...', 'Stop doing X'
— Paste 18 skeletons into one note, refill the blank with YOUR topic
My 'I was wrong about ___' skeleton pulled 3x my average yesterday. Do it now: grab 6 skeletons before you script your next reel.
