You see that status in Search Console and conclude Google ran out of crawl budget for your site. Half-right at best, and the wrong fix follows.

Here's the thing — that status often means Google found the URL, looked at the page (or similar ones), and decided it wasn't worth the crawl yet. That's a quality and demand judgment, not a capacity ceiling. Google is rationing attention based on how much it expects to gain, not because it hit a hard limit.

Forcing crawls won't fix it. Better pages, stronger internal links, and clear uniqueness will.

The fix: ask why Google judged these low-value, not how to push more crawl at them.

Google isn't out of budget. It's unconvinced. Convince it.
