SOP: Stand Up Device-Based Routing

Different landers convert per device. Route before you scale.

— Step 1: Split traffic into 4 buckets: iOS, Android, Desktop, Other/bot.
— Step 2: Parse user-agent AND screen-class hint. UA alone misses tablets and in-app browsers.
— Step 3: Route iOS and Android to their own offers; many networks gate payout by OS.
— Step 4: Send Desktop to a fallback or web-optimized offer, not the mobile one.
— Step 5: Dump 'Other' (unknown UA, datacenter) to a safe page, not a paying offer.
— Step 6: Test with a real device per bucket plus one UA-spoofed request. Confirm each routes correctly.

Watch in-app browsers (Instagram, TikTok). They report odd UAs and skew the 'Other' bucket.

Repeat: re-check device rules monthly as new OS versions ship.
