How to inject demonstrable 'Experience' signals into a thin reviews page

How to inject demonstrable 'Experience' signals into a thin reviews page

The first E in E-E-A-T (experience, expertise, authoritativeness, trust) is the one most pages fake. Here's a procedure to make first-hand experience legible.

— Step 1: audit the page for any sentence that could only be written by someone who used the product. If zero, you have an experience deficit.
— Step 2: add original media — your own screenshots, photos with timestamps, or a short clip. Stock imagery counts as zero experience signal.
— Step 3: insert at least two specifics a non-user couldn't know: a setup quirk, an exact load time, a support response window.
— Step 4: attribute the testing to a named person with a linked profile and a real bio.
— Step 5: add a dated 'last tested' line, distinct from 'last updated'.

Method note: mapped against Google's Quality Rater Guidelines language on experience and the 'who, how, why' content framework.

Caveat: rater guidelines describe how Google wants quality judged, not a direct algorithmic input — these signals correlate with quality, they don't guarantee ranking.

Confidence: medium
