Post my results or my process?
Q: "Should I share polished wins and results, or the messy behind-the-scenes process?"
Short answer: results to earn credibility, process to earn connection.
Results (proof, numbers, finished work) make people believe you can actually do the thing. You need some of this, or you sound like theory. The tradeoff: pure results can feel like bragging and keep people at a distance.
Process content (the messy middle, the decisions, the failures) is what makes people root for you and trust you, because it's relatable and hard to fake. It also gives you endless things to post.
The strongest mix shows a result, then walks people through how you got there, struggles included.
Try this today: take one win you're proud of and write the honest backstory of how you reached it.
