Reach vs Traffic vs Conversions objective
Three campaign objectives, plain English. Reach shows your ad to as many different people as possible. Traffic sends the most clicks to your link. Conversions finds people likely to do a valuable action, like buy.
How to choose:
— Reach: brand awareness, when you just want eyeballs.
— Traffic: cheap visits, useful for content or warming an audience.
— Conversions: when you want sales and your pixel is installed.
The tradeoff: Reach and Traffic are cheaper per view but attract browsers, not buyers. Conversions costs more per action but optimizes toward money.
Try this: if your pixel works and you sell something, pick Conversions even though Traffic looks cheaper on the surface. Don't worry — cheap clicks that never buy are the classic beginner trap, and now you'll skip it.
