I ran 2 weeks scheduled (Meta's own planner) vs 2 weeks manual, same times. Manual posts averaged noticeably higher first-hour reach. Not huge, but consistent — ~15%.
— My theory: posting from the app + hanging around to reply early = the algo reads activity.
Third-party schedulers were the worst of all. Even Meta's native beat them slightly.
