Sounds like a gimmick. The numbers say otherwise.

Skin offer. Between the pre-lander and the order form I dropped a 3-second interstitial: "Checking stock in your area…" with a little spinner, then "Good news — 4 left in [city]."

Manufactured scarcity + a beat of anticipation. 10-day split:
— CVR 1.5% to 1.9% (+28%)
— No change in refunds or chargebacks
— Bounce on the order form dropped

The pause makes the offer feel earned and limited. By the time the form loads they've already mentally claimed their "4 left." Loss-aversion does the closing.

Keep it honest-ish and within compliance. Go test it.
