We deleted a 20-second outro and end-screen click-through on the NEXT video tripled.
The "smash subscribe, check the playlist, link in bio" outro was where 100% of remaining viewers left — so nobody saw the end screen.
We ended on the last real beat and let the cards appear over content. Session continuation jumped.
