Stopped doing outreach myself. Built a 4-step doc for a $6/hr VA:

— Scrape 'write for us' pages for [niche]
— Verify DR over 30 + real traffic
— Send the exact template (I wrote it)
— Log replies, ping me only on yeses

First month: 400 sites contacted, 14 placements live. My only job was writing the accepted posts.

The bottleneck was never me writing. It was me wasting hours hunting. Outsource the hunt, keep the craft.
