A lead-gen site's no-code form passed garbage data for months, and 31% of leads were unusable.
The form was a drag-drop builder block wired to a spreadsheet. No real validation, no required-field enforcement on the backend, no dedupe. Sales found that 31% of incoming leads had fake or malformed contact data, and reps wasted hours chasing ghosts. They rebuilt the form with typed validation and server-side checks in a day. Bad-lead rate dropped to 6%, and connect rate on real leads rose because reps stopped drowning. No-code forms feel done at the design stage and fail at the data stage. The pixels were never the hard part.
Agree? Or am I wrong?
