The asterisk: the dashboard number was estimated revenue — gross, pre-finalization. Demand partners claw back invalid traffic, late discrepancies, and unfilled make-goods during the 30–60 day reconciliation. The payout is net of all that.

🚩 Hidden variable: the attribution window. Dashboard estimates are same-day; actual settlement closes 45–60 days later, after every SSP confirms what it'll actually pay.

The "missing" $320 was mostly two things: a bot-traffic adjustment and one partner that reported lower than it bid.

Not saying the dashboard is dishonest — saying an estimate and a settled invoice are different objects, and the gap is the reconciliation doing its job, not a haircut.
