Postback not firing — the triage flowchart

Conversions in the network, zero in your tracker. Work this in order; each step rules out a layer. Don't guess.

— 1. Did the postback even leave the network? Check the network's postback log. If it shows no attempt, the issue is network-side config (wrong URL or disabled) — stop here, fix there.
— 2. It fired but you got nothing — check the click ID. Search the network's sent click ID in your tracker's click log. Not found? The click ID never entered your funnel. The break is upstream (token/redirect), not the postback.
— 3. Click ID exists, conversion missing — check parameter names. Network sent ?cid=ABC, your tracker listens for ?subid=. Mismatch = silent drop.
— 4. Params match — check status mapping. Network sent status=2; your tracker only accepts status=approved. Unmapped status = ignored row.
— 5. Everything maps — check the firewall/IP. Tracker returning 403 to the network's IP. Whitelist it.
— 6. Still nothing — check dedup window. If the same click ID fired earlier (test conversion), the tracker deduped the real one.

Fix one layer, re-fire a test, re-check. Never change two things at once.
