Day of week, hour — made zero difference to rankings. That advice is social-media cosplay dressed as SEO.
What actually moved the needle: publishing when I could immediately request indexing AND drop 3 internal links the same hour.
Fresh post + instant index request + internal links from crawled pages = indexed in hours, not days.
The 'when' that matters isn't the clock. It's whether you finish the distribution steps in the same session instead of next week.
Publish and push in one sitting. The hour is irrelevant. Go finish the loop.
