You can't spy on a competitor's disavow file — so stop guessing theirs
The myth: top competitors stay clean because they aggressively disavow, and you should match them.
Reality: disavow files are private. Google never exposes them; no tool can read them. So any claim that "competitor X disavows 2,000 domains a month" is fabricated. Nobody outside that team and Google knows what's in the file — or if one exists at all.
Actually, the more likely truth is they have no disavow file and rank on content, links, and brand. You're being sold a phantom best-practice.
Reality check: you're reverse-engineering a document that's mathematically invisible to you. There's nothing to copy.
