Q: Realtime shows active users but my main reports stay at zero — what's broken?
A: Realtime and standard reports read different pipelines, so a split like this points to a filter or a brand-new property.
— Check Admin → Data Settings → Data Filters — an Internal Traffic or Developer Traffic filter accidentally set to Active can exclude all your real hits.
— A property created in the last 48h simply hasn't finished its first processing cycle yet.
— Confirm the date range isn't set to a range before data collection started.
Flip suspicious filters to Testing and wait one full processing cycle.
TL;DR: Realtime works = tag is fine; check active data filters and property age.
