The number that fools beginners
Your dashboard says 60 referrals — exciting! But there's a trap. Only active referrals pay you.
Think of it like a gym membership list. 60 people signed up, but maybe only 35 still pay dues. The gym only banks the 35.
1. "Total referrals" counts everyone who ever joined.
2. "Active subscribers" counts who's still paying now.
3. Your income follows the second number, always.
Example: 60 total but 35 active × $30/mo × 20% = $210/month. The other 25 are memories, not money.
In plain English: celebrate active subscribers, not lifetime sign-ups — one pays rent, the other is a scrapbook.
Try today: find the "active" count on your dashboard and write it down. That's the honest scoreboard for recurring income.
