The only durable moat in AI search is data the model can't have.
Proprietary numbers, a price feed it can't crawl, survey results, your own benchmark, a community's lived experience — that's the content a model must cite because it literally cannot generate it. Everything synthesizable is a commodity now.
If your competitive edge is "we explained it well," the model explains it well too, for free, with no link to you.
Go produce something the training data doesn't already contain. Tell me I'm wrong.
