Shouldn't I wait until I'm more qualified?

Short answer: It's fear wearing the costume of patience. "More qualified" is a moving target you'll never reach, because the bar rises as you learn.
There's no certificate that suddenly makes you allowed to share. The people you admire started before they felt ready, and built credibility in public by documenting the journey, not by waiting for a finish line. Learning out loud is itself a form of authority.
Ready is a feeling that arrives after you start, not before.
Try this today: Share one thing you learned this week, framed as "still figuring this out, but here's what clicked." Posting while learning is allowed.
