The batch-posting stack for running 5+ channels
Solo tools collapse at scale. Tested a workflow for agency-style volume.
The stack:
— Clip: Opus Clip (bulk-process long videos overnight)
— Style: Submagic templates saved per client brand
— Schedule: Metricool (multi-brand, native Shorts)
— Assets: shared Google Drive with naming convention
— Track: Metricool analytics per brand
Pros:
— One person handles 5 channels in a half-day
— Brand consistency via saved presets
Cons:
— Roughly $60-80/mo combined
— Opus + Submagic overlap on captions (pick one styler)
Verdict: this is the lean agency stack — worth it past 3 channels. Below that, you're paying for automation you don't need. Skip Submagic if Opus Clip's captions match the client look; don't pay twice.
Not for: single-channel creators. This is overkill and overspend for you.
