Your own browser is killing your account
Not kidding — checking your live site logged into your own network counts toward invalid activity if you ever fat-finger an ad, and it skews your CTR data.
Set this up after a scare:
— a uBlock filter to hide ads on my own machine while editing
— a separate 'preview' build with ads stripped
— never QA the live site on the same IP I publish from
