Went from 1/day to 5/day for two weeks thinking volume wins. Per-Reel reach dropped ~60% and total reach barely moved. I was cannibalizing my own seed cohorts.

Do this: drop to 1 strong Reel a day for a week, log per-post reach. Most accounts I've tested peak at 1-2/day, not 5. Quality of seed beats quantity of posts.
