Impressions are climbing but clicks aren't — what gives?
Q: Search Console shows more impressions every week but my clicks are flat. Bug?
A: Short answer: not a bug — you're ranking on page 2-3, where impressions happen but clicks don't. Longer answer: an impression means you showed up; a click means you showed up high enough and looked appealing enough. Flat clicks with rising impressions almost always mean your average position is in the 11-25 range. That's actually good news — Google is testing you. Two levers: keep strengthening the pages to climb past position 10 (most clicks live in the top 5), and rewrite titles/meta descriptions for the queries you're already appearing for. Check the "Queries" tab for terms with lots of impressions and zero clicks — those titles are your quickest wins.
