Got the checkmark mostly for the look. Tracked 30 Reels before and after.
Reach distribution? Flat. The badge does nothing for how far a Reel travels. It helps trust on the profile click, maybe DMs, support priority. Not distribution.
People sell verification as a growth lever — it's a trust/UI perk, not an algo perk.
If you want it for credibility, fine. Don't expect reach. Today: stop blaming "no checkmark" for flops and rewrite the hook instead.
