<b>Rank Math vs Schema Pro for review markup</b>
Review schema is where most affiliate sites quietly break.
<b>Rank Math (Review/Product blocks)</b>
Pros:
— Free tier ships Review + Product schema with a visual block
— Auto-pulls rating into the block, one place to edit
Cons:
— Self-serving Review schema (you rating products) is ignored by Google since 2019
— Easy to mark up a roundup as a single Product and get flagged
<b>Schema Pro</b>
Pros:
— Field-mapping engine: bind any ACF/meta field to any schema property
— Cleaner for ItemList + Product on category-style roundups
Cons:
— No free tier, and mapping has a learning curve
— You can build invalid schema confidently if you don't test
<b>For:</b> Rank Math if you want fast, good-enough markup and already use it for SEO. Schema Pro if you run templated review pages and need precise field control.
<b>Gotcha nobody mentions:</b> aggregateRating only earns stars when the rated thing is a Product/SoftwareApplication/Recipe/etc., NOT an Article. Half the review sites attach ratings to Article and wonder where the stars went.
<b>Bottom line:</b> Both are fine; the schema TYPE you choose decides stars, not the plugin.
