Should you keep re-sending to everyone who didn't open?
It sounds efficient: resend the same email to all non-openers to "catch" them. But blasting people who repeatedly ignore you is risky, and here's why. Inbox providers watch how your list behaves overall. Keep mailing folks who never engage and your reputation sinks, pushing you toward spam, for everyone.
Do it smarter:
— Resend once, with a fresh subject line, only to recent non-openers.
✅ After a couple of ignored emails, move chronic non-openers to a "win-back" list you mail rarely.
— Stop emailing the totally silent ones; they're dead weight dragging you down.
Chasing ghosts costs you the inbox. Protect engagement instead.
Tiny homework: decide how many ignored emails (say, 5) marks someone as "silent" for you.
