CHECKLIST: Clean your account of automated-behavior flags
If your account 'feels' suppressed, audit for patterns that read as automation:
— Scan your recent replies for duplicates — identical reply text across posts is a top trigger
— Check follow/unfollow velocity — rapid cycling reads as growth-hacking
— Review link frequency — many posts with the same external URL in a short window looks like spam
— Look at posting cadence regularity — perfectly spaced automated-looking intervals can flag
— Kill any third-party tool with write access you don't actively trust
Confirmed mechanic: integrity systems pattern-match behavior, not just content. Rumored: exact thresholds. Variety and human-looking irregularity are protective — uniformity is what gets flagged.
