AI prompt-to-site tools nail the cold start — a decent draft in 30 seconds. Then you try to change one thing, and you're fighting a black box that regenerates your whole layout to move a button. The correction: AI is a brilliant first draft and a terrible editing surface. Real builders win on the 80% of the work that's iteration, not generation. Prompting isn't control, and control is where sites actually get made.
