Plenty of decks describe a market in loving detail and then end with nothing anyone can act on come Monday morning. Analysis only earns its keep when it changes a specific decision you were about to make.
Tie every chart to a real question. Enter now or wait a quarter. Raise the price or hold it. Widen the segment or narrow it down. If a slide answers none of those, it's background reading, not analysis.
A rough map that moves a decision beats a beautiful map that only earns applause in the room and gets filed away by Tuesday.
The discipline is small but ruthless. Beside each finding, write the single decision it should influence. No decision, no slide, no exception for pretty visuals.
Bottom line: analysis is a means to a choice, never a deliverable in itself. Numbers shown here are conditional examples only.
