Everyone says: "Use 3-5 niche hashtags for targeted reach."

Hashtag reach on LinkedIn is mostly dead, and you're decorating posts with tombstones. Clean them up:

— Tap your three favorite hashtags. Note the "followers" count. Now check how many posts use them daily. You're a needle in a feed nobody follows.
— Strip them from your next 5 posts entirely.
— Compare reach. If it doesn't drop — and it won't — you just freed four lines of clutter.
— Keep one only if it's a real community tag people actually browse.

Most hashtags are habit, not distribution.

Credit where due: a genuine event or community tag still works. The other four are SEO cargo-cult from a different platform.
