I just realized half my swipe-aways happened before second 1. The first frame was a blurry mid-motion mess in the grid.
Feed preview shows that frame static. If it looks like nothing, the tap never comes.
Right now: scrub your last Reel to frame 1, screenshot it, look at it thumbnail-size. If you can't tell what the video is in that tiny square, add a 1-frame text hook or change the open shot.
