Is the offer bad, or is the network bad?
Q: Same offer name exists on three networks. Does it matter which one I take it from?
A: A lot. The same advertiser offer can perform differently per network because of: payout (networks take different margins), approval terms (one network scrubs harder), tracking quality (postback reliability varies), and payment reliability (some pay net-7, some 'pay when they feel like it').
Ask per network: what's the payout, the typical approval rate, and the payment terms — and check the network's reputation for paying on time. A 10% higher payout means nothing if they hold your money or under-track your conversions.
When in doubt, run a small split test of the same offer across two networks and compare your actual paid EPC.
Short version: the network wrapping an offer changes payout, tracking, and whether you get paid — compare them.
