Why is my brand-new site getting literally zero clicks?
Q: I've published 15 posts in 6 weeks and Google sends me nothing. Did I do something wrong?
A: Short answer: probably not — you're just in the waiting room. Longer answer: new sites go through a stretch where Google indexes you but barely ranks you while it figures out if you're trustworthy. People call it the "sandbox." It usually lifts somewhere around month 4-8, not at a fixed post count. What actually shortens it isn't more posts — it's a few pages earning real engagement plus a couple of relevant links so Google has signals to trust. Keep publishing on a tight topic, don't panic-pivot your niche, and check impressions (not clicks) in Search Console — rising impressions mean it's working before clicks show up.
