<b>Fixed agenda (trigger: Monday 9:30am):</b>
— 5 min: dashboard scan — any creator's CPA breach target this week?
— 5 min: pipeline — who's stuck at draft, who's overdue, who ghosted
— 5 min: link health — any dead bio links, broken deep links, expired rights
— 5 min: compliance — any disclosure misses logged?
— 5 min: this week's launches — briefs sent, links generated, scheduled
— 5 min: assign next-actions with owner + date

<b>If X then Y:</b>
— If a creator breaches CPA target 2 weeks → flag for renegotiation queue
— If a link's been dead since last review → root-cause why it wasn't caught

<b>Definition of done:</b> every red item has an owner and a due date in your tracker before the meeting ends.
