Place your verbal CTA where the retention graph spikes, not at the end.
The outro pitch dies because half the room already left. Read the graph instead:
— Open Analytics, find the rewatch spike (there's always one) around the demo or result
— Drop your "link's in the description" line 5 seconds AFTER that peak, while attention is hottest
— Never put the CTA in the bottom-10% retention zone, you're talking to nobody
— Repeat the same link callout twice, never three times, it reads as desperate
Mine the graph, place the pitch. Outro CTAs are a habit, not a strategy. Argue with the data.
