Q: How do I check whether a page actually covers the right entities?
Short answer: run the page and the top competitor through an entity extractor, then diff the two lists. Entities are the named things — tools, people, concepts, standards — search engines expect on the topic.
— Paste your page into Google's Natural Language demo; note the entities it detects
— Do the same for the top 2 ranking pages
— Build a gap list: entities they have that you don't
— Filter to relevant ones (ignore their brand names and off-topic noise)
— Work those entities into your copy naturally, with a sentence of real context each
— Re-extract to confirm they now register
In practice: don't keyword-stuff entity names. One clear, contextual mention each is enough for the page to read as topically complete.
