Multi-channel doesn't mean message everywhere at once
Everyone says: "Hit them on email, then DM, then LinkedIn — surround them."
Myth. Simultaneous contact across four platforms doesn't read as thorough; it reads as a swarm, and people block swarms. The reason multi-channel works when it works is sequence, not saturation: one channel, give it room, switch only after genuine silence. Showing up everywhere at once tells them you're running a system, not having a conversation. Surrounding someone is a tactic for sieges, not relationships. Pick a lane and wait before changing it.
