Never send an outreach email that hasn't cleared all five checks.

1. Dead URL still returns 404 (re-verified today, not last week).
2. Your replacement URL is live, indexed, and loads under 3 seconds.
3. Contact email validated (not catch-all, not role-based when avoidable).
4. First line references their specific page, not a template variable that failed to merge.
5. No more than one link in the email body.
6. Automation fits at checks 1-3: a script that re-pings URLs and re-validates emails right before the merge.

Definition of done: all five checks pass green per prospect or the row is held back from the send.
