Myth: a LUT is a one-click look
A tidy correction this week: LUTs assume a specific exposure and log profile. Drop one on wrongly-exposed footage and it falls apart — it's the last 10%, not the whole grade.

Fix: normalize, balance, then LUT. Worth a look if your looks keep clipping skin tones.
