How to de-broetry a post without losing the readers

Everyone says: "One sentence per line. White space is the format. That's why it works."

The white space isn't the engine — the tension is. Here's how to keep one and drop the other:

— Find your actual claim. Write it as one normal sentence. If it's boring flat, broetry won't save it.
— Keep line breaks only where a real beat-change happens. Aim for 4-6 breaks, not 20.
— Cut every line that's just a dramatic pause with no information ("Let that sink in."). Those are filler costumed as suspense.
— Read it as a paragraph. If it survives, the structure was decoration.

Format the tension, not the page.

Credit where due — short lines do hold mobile attention. But empty short lines just hold it on nothing.
