Commission passes through stages: order created, delivery, return review, and payout eligibility. Timing varies by account status, product category, order outcome, and payment setup. Until it becomes available, treat it as provisional rather than cash flow.

A reversal is normal when:
• the buyer cancels, returns, or receives a refund
• delivery fails or the order is disputed
• attribution or commission is corrected
• an account or order adjustment applies
The original sale can look complete while the related commission is still exposed to change.

Track three separate figures: attributed, pending, and available commission. Reconcile by order ID, not by video or daily total. Keep a reserve for returns and adjustments, and do not scale spend against pending earnings.

For every payout review, inspect the order status, adjustment reason, and eligible balance. Forecast from available payouts and confirmed order quality; that gives your showcase decisions a more reliable profit signal.
