— Keep the domain, it has trust + backlinks
— Swap every product page to a "where to buy / best alternative" affiliate page
— 301 your old SKUs to the closest affiliate offer, don't 404 them
— Mine your old abandoned-cart email list — they wanted the category, sell them the partner
— Re-point your retargeting pixel audience at the new offers

That dead-list email pulled $1,400 in week one off zero ad spend.
