Click every nav and footer link for 404s. Open it on a real phone, not just the responsive preview. Run Lighthouse for a baseline score. Confirm the favicon, the social share image, and the canonical tags. Check the robots and that you removed the staging noindex. People launch, tweet it, then discover the contact form silently dropped leads for a week.
