The Save-Trigger Audit (Case Study)
A conversion-tools channel noticed saves predicted reach better than likes, so they audited 30 posts against a checklist.
The checklist each post had to pass:
□ Is it referenceable later (a list, card, or framework)?
□ Does it contain something funny enough to re-send?
□ Can a reader 'use' it to describe themselves?
□ Is the value visible in the thumbnail crop?
Posts hitting 3+ boxes averaged 6,200 saves; posts hitting 0-1 averaged 410. They rebuilt their calendar around the checklist and lifted median reach 2.8x in a month.
Saves, not likes, became their north-star metric.
QA pass: a post ships only if it checks 3 of 4 boxes.
Run it weekly.
